Here we have a. Erie Limited Southern Pacific Daylight Set GS-4 w/12x Passenger Car BRASS. Engine has been tested and runs good with working headlight. Engine foam was replaced. Original foam damaged some of the paint on the engine roof (see photo 5). Paint on engine roof has a “orange peel” texture from foam damage. The rear of engine cab also has some foam damage (photo 3). Cars are all very clean with interior detail (not lighted). Cars have some roof antenna issues. Missing the antenna and posts. Antenna disconnected from 2x posts. Chair car 2459 has antenna disconnected from 2x posts. Chair car 2457 has antenna disconnected from 2x posts. Passenger cars trucks seem to have some glue maybe for re. (which appear to be Walthers 933-977) have been taken off (not included due to poor condition) and left a glue residue that been be. Removed on all the car ends. Kadee #5 couplers have been installed on all cars but one. Boxes have shelf wear. All foam but engine is original and clean. HO BRASS – KEY B&O BALTIMORE & OHIO CINCINNATIAN 5-CAR PASSENGER SET – F/P. HO Scale Brass Model Passenger Car Set from Key Model Imports. All cars in set are in Excellent. Key Models made two sets of these style cars. This is the brighter blue set. The true blue on the B&O Cincinnatian train was a darker blue. However, this blue shade of paint looks spectacular. It exhibits more life to the passenger cars, especially on train layouts. The darker blue set appears blue-black. The set comes with the original box in good condition. There are several small tears, as normal for the age of this train set. Cars have window glazing and nicely detailed Venetian shades but no interiors. These cars can be disassembled to install seating, interior partitions, lighting and people. The window shades give character to the cars. The factory paint is very sharp and uniform. There are fine decals included for applying names to the cars, as different train-sets had different car names. Car Drawings included show the proper locations for positioning of decals. Please look closely at photos before purchasing. If you desire more photos they can be provided through messaging.
