Three antique Safety Co. New York railroad candle lamps in as-found condition. Two lamps retain their spring-loaded candle mechanisms. The third (#1) has a dented body and its bottom cannot be removed, so the presence/condition of its internal spring mechanism cannot be confirmed. One hanger (#1) is embossed 9. Original candle wax remains in the lamps. Glass chimneys are present; one chimney (#3) is firmly seated and has not been forced or removed. Significant age-related patina, oxidation, finish loss, dents and wear as photographed.
